Пенсионерка, преодолев сопротивление директора школы, все-таки залила каток
На территории Линевской школы теперь есть каток. Идея залить его здесь пришла местной жительнице, ветерану педагогического труда Нине Ивановой. Однажды она увидела, как дети катаются на коньках по дороге. А почему бы не залить каток для ребятишек всего села?- подумала она. Ее поддержали исполнительный директор хозяйства ( выделил 3 тысячи рублей на шланг) и глава сельской администрации – пообещал купить 2 прожектора, кабель…
Лучшего места для катка, чем территория школы, Нина Иванова не нашла. И сразу же столкнулась с сопротивлением директора школы Марины Борщевой. Она была против. Вдруг ребенок упадет на катке, разобьет нос или колено?! Кто отвечать будет? И потом зачем вообще школе каток? Нина Иванова пообщалась с бывшим директором, заслуженным учителем РФ Готлибом Гильдом, который рассказал, что раньше каток в школе всегда был, более того, однажды он заливался вокруг всей школы. Эти доводы на директора тоже не подействовали. Разговоры о катке только портили настроение. А кто будет за воду платить? Руководитель местного коммунального предприятия пообещал, что не предъявит школе счет за воду, которая уйдет на заливку катка. Директор школы и после этого стояла на своем.
- Для меня это было удивительным, потому что я выросла в другое время, когда школа во всем принимала участие, - рассказывает Нина Иванова. - Мы тогда не знали выходных и в отпуска часто были с детьми. А теперь я столкнулась со стеной со стороны директора школы. Ей дополнительно ничего не нужно. Всякая добавка ее раздражает и выводит из себя.
Нина Иванова отступать не привыкла. Она поехала в район, к председателю комитета по образованию Владимиру Калиниченко… В итоге, общими усилиями стену сопротивления сломали.
Но ветераны, а Нине Ивановой помогали еще 2 пенсионера, рано радовались. Директор школы категорически запретила расчищать площадку техникой- только лопатами. Нина Иванова пробежала по классам и нашла себе несколько юных помощников. Покидав снег вручную, они поняли, что расчистят площадку не раньше чем через месяц. Тогда все с лопатами в руках ввалились в кабинет директора и в конце-концов упросили ее разрешить расчистить площадку трактором.
В первый же день два «боевых товарища» Нины Ивановой, (обоим за 70 лет) простудились и заболели. Нине Ивановой пришлось одной заливать каток. Возраст женщин не принято афишировать, но в данном случае назвать его стоит. Нине Ивановой – 77 лет. Пенсионерка, взяв шланг в руки, в течение нескольких дней одна заливала каток!!! Он немаленький – 400 кв. метров. Никто из работников школы не вышел помочь!!!
В школе есть электрик, но с установкой прожекторов тоже были проблемы. Потом, когда фонари повесили, Нине Ивановой пришлось биться, чтобы их включали и выключали.
Сейчас все это позади, каток работает. На нем катаются ребятишки. Спасибо за каток Нине Ивановой никто не сказал, да оно ей и не нужно. Она счастлива, когда видит, с какой радостью, азартом дети катаются на коньках. Единственно, что ее огорчает, что дети не могут зайти в школу, чтобы переодеться, погреться там, оставить свои коньки.
- Сегодня курточки, обувь детей валяются прямо на снегу. А ведь помещения школы для детей должны быть предназначены. Проблемы с водичкой для питья. Рядом котельная, но кочегары не дают ребятишкам воды попить. Такое вот отношение к детям сейчас.
